Before establishing Shridhar Construction & Interiors, the founder gained valuable industry experience by working as part of the PMC (Project Management Consultancy) team for the Survi Pristine project at Manjalpur, Vadodara. During this role, he was involved in project coordination, site supervision, and maintaining construction quality standards, building the strong foundation of expertise that later led to the establishment of his own company.
